Refund Policy & Money-Back Guarantee
If you have purchased services from Skillcey and do not feel entirely satisfied, Skillcey will refund the full amount that you were charged within 14 days after the purchase and discontinue your access.
After the 14-day window closes, Skillcey is no longer able to provide you with a refund. Refunds will also not be issued to accounts that have violated the Terms of Service.
Skillcey reserves the right to reject the request for a refund if the user:
- viewed >20% of course content
- booked a resume review
If Skillcey determines that a user is abusing the Refund Policy, it reserves the right to suspend or terminate their account and discontinue or restrict all current or future use of the service provided by Skillcey without issuing a refund.
